1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The website may also use local storage to save preferences. These technologies may be essential or may depend on your choice.

2. Initial consent state

Non-essential measurement starts disabled. You can reject non-essential cookies or choose Analytics and Advertising separately. Rejection does not prevent access to the website or submission of a quote request.

Security, website operation and storage of your preference remain active because they are required to provide the requested service.

3. Categories

• Essential: security, navigation, forms and storage of the consent choice.
• Analytics: aggregated measurement of usage and performance, only after consent.
• Advertising: campaign measurement and advertising signals, only after specific consent.

4. Technologies and purposes

ol_consent_v2: an essential preference saved in this website’s local storage, containing the Analytics and Advertising choices and the date they changed. It contains no name, email address, telephone number or other contact details. The current implementation has no automatic expiry: the preference remains until replaced or cleared in the browser.

Google Analytics 4: _ga and _ga_DFJC7454LV cookies distinguish visits and measure usage after Analytics consent. Google Ads: _gcl_au and _gcl_ls identifiers support advertising attribution when the integration is enabled with Advertising permission. They are used on the obralisboa.com domain; communication with Google services may involve googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com. Google documents default lifetimes of 2 years for _ga, renewable with activity, and 90 days for _gcl_ cookies; these are provider defaults, separate from form retention periods or the effective configuration on each device.

Cloudflare may use the session cookie _cfuvid on the website domain for security and traffic management. Cloudflare RUM collection is suspended. The OpenAI browser pixel is also suspended, so this configuration does not create or renew __oppref, __obref or __oaiq_consent cookies through that pixel. Identifiers from an earlier visit may remain on the device until they expire or are removed. With Advertising permission, the server integration may use attribution references already available; it does not send contact details or hashes of contact details. The ol_capi_revoke_v1_ local storage references allow cancellation of pending conversions to be requested without storing form contents; they stop being used after 15 minutes and are removed after cancellation is confirmed or on a later visit after expiry.

5. Accepting, rejecting or changing your choice

On your first visit, you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or manage Analytics and Advertising separately. The Accept and Reject buttons are equally prominent and accessible.

You can review or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer, on this page and next to the contact form. You can change Analytics and Advertising separately. Changes apply to future use.

6. Measurement events

With Analytics consent, confirmation of a submission may emit generate_lead once; a commercial telephone, WhatsApp or email click may emit contact_click. A click does not confirm a conversation or a quotation. Legal pages and contacts for rights and complaints are excluded. Events defined by the website do not include form contents. Server-side confirmation sent to OpenAI requires Advertising permission and uses an identifier to avoid duplication.

7. Duration

The ol_consent_v2 preference has no automatic expiry; it remains until replaced or cleared in the browser. A material change may require a new choice. Cookie lifetimes, provider event retention, server records and enquiry data are different. Your browser may restrict or remove identifiers before the indicated lifetime. Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase data already received by third parties; you can exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy.
