Introduction
Obra Lisboa is a construction and renovation company based in Lisbon. We bring architecture, engineering, interiors and construction together for homes and commercial properties.
Who We Are
We work with private clients, international property owners and businesses on renovation and construction projects in Lisbon.
Our team brings together architects, engineers, interior designers and specialist tradespeople. Design decisions and site work are coordinated around the property and the agreed brief.

Building construction
Construction projects for houses and commercial buildings, with design, technical planning and delivery coordinated through to handover.
Renovation and rehabilitation
Interior and exterior renovation, including work on existing buildings and historic fabric.
Interior design
Layouts, materials, furniture and lighting planned together with the architecture.
Engineering and architecture
Coordinated architectural and engineering design, including structure, building services, licensing and 3D visualisation where required.
Project management
Coordination of design, specialists, procurement and site work, with the programme, budget and project information recorded in writing.

The itemised budget and programme set out the work, materials and finishes, with assumptions and exclusions made clear.
4. Construction
Once the budget and programme are approved, we coordinate construction and site supervision through to a documented handover.

Architects and designers develop the plans, 3D views and material references needed to review the proposed work.

Construction
Once the budget and programme are approved, we coordinate construction and site supervision through to a documented handover.

We intend to keep raising the standard of the work, not merely the volume of it.
