Introduction
Obra Lisboa is a construction and renovation company based in Lisbon, Portugal. We turn a brief into a finished home — architecture, engineering, interiors and construction in a single team — with an uncompromising standard of quality.
Who We Are
Obra Lisboa is a design-and-build practice in the heart of Lisbon. We work with private clients, international owners and businesses who want a single accountable partner rather than a chain of disconnected trades.
Our team includes architects, engineers, interior designers and specialist tradespeople. We value integrity, clear communication and the quality of what is left behind when we leave the site — regardless of a project's scale.
Each commission is treated as a lasting piece of work, not a transaction. The aim is a home that is functional, considered and durable, delivered with the discretion international clients expect.
We are proud of the trust built with private clients, commercial partners and established suppliers. Those relationships are how we hold finish, programme and accountability on every project.
What We Do
We provide a complete construction and renovation service, scoped to the property and the client:
Building construction
Full construction projects, from private houses to commercial buildings. We take a project from concept and licensing through to turnkey handover, with every detail executed to a high standard.
Renovation and rehabilitation
We specialise in transforming existing buildings — interiors, exteriors and historic fabric — while respecting the original architecture and introducing contemporary systems and finishes.
Interior design
Our interior designers plan layout, materials, furniture and lighting so the finished rooms match the architecture, not a catalogue look.
Engineering and architecture
Integrated architectural and engineering design: structure, services, licensing and 3D visualisation, coordinated so the drawings can actually be built.
Project management
One team coordinates design, specialists, procurement and site. Programme, cost and quality are managed in writing, with regular client updates.

2. Design
Architects and designers prepare plans, 3D views and material references. We work with you until the design is right.
3. Budget and programme
A detailed, itemised budget and a realistic programme — materials, labour, licences and finishes — with assumptions and exclusions visible.
4. Construction (once appointed)
After the budget and programme are approved, we build. Supervision is continuous; communication stays open; handover is documented.
