The 60 m² apartment showed extensive wear, while the kitchen and bathroom were dated and difficult to use. The existing layout and finishes no longer supported a comfortable everyday routine.
Process
- Improve the layout and use of available space.
- Renew the kitchen and bathroom.
- Resolve concealed defects discovered during removal work.
- Add practical storage and durable finishes.

- Removed old finishes and unnecessary partitions.

Introduction
