Problem
The 85 m² apartment showed ageing finishes, signs of possible water ingress and an inefficient use of space. The attic and building services also needed to be integrated into a coherent renovation.

- Resolve moisture-related defects and worn materials.

Introduction
The intervention started with a technical assessment of the apartment and the causes of visible deterioration. The work then combined repairs, layout changes and service upgrades before the new interior finishes were installed.
