The property in Alcântara had been vacant for years and was in an advanced state of deterioration. Damaged walls and obsolete electrical and plumbing systems meant that a complete intervention was required.
Process
- Make the home safe, habitable and functional.
- Reconfigure the layout around the agreed design.
- Replace outdated electrical and plumbing systems.
- Create a new kitchen, bathroom and coordinated finishes.
Solution
- Carried out selective demolition and prepared the existing structure.
- Reorganised the internal spaces for better circulation.
- Installed new electrical and plumbing infrastructure.
- Completed the kitchen, bathroom and interior finishes as one coordinated programme.

Introduction
