Problem

The shop was deteriorated, with water ingress, damaged surfaces and outdated building services. The renovation also needed to protect the original stone arches while creating a practical commercial interior.

Process

Make the premises safe and ready for commercial use.
Resolve moisture and damaged finishes.
Renew essential electrical and plumbing infrastructure.
Retain and highlight the original stone arches.

Solution

Removed obsolete finishes and installations.
Repaired walls and ceilings and treated sources of water ingress.
Renewed the required building services.
Introduced durable finishes around the retained architectural features.

Introduction
