Obra Lisboa includes management and coordination in its construction and engineering services. Your enquiry can concern a project being planned or work already under way; explain what has been decided and where support is needed.
Gather the available drawings, scope of work, details of the people involved and the main outstanding decisions. These provide a starting point for discussing the intended sequence and the dependencies between trades.
The proposal should clarify who makes decisions, who carries out the work and how changes are communicated. Material selections, supply availability and the connections between trades are topics to discuss during planning, with unresolved items clearly identified.
If you follow the project from abroad, we share photographs, videos and written summaries by email or WhatsApp. Approvals can use the same channels, and our architects and engineers speak English. The reporting frequency and subjects to cover should be agreed.
Can I enquire if the teams have already been selected?
Tell us who is involved and what each team has been appointed to do. The coordination scope and working arrangements need to be discussed in relation to that existing setup.
How should a change during construction be addressed?
Describe the proposed change and the work it affects. Its possible implications for scope, sequence and budget should be discussed before deciding how it will be carried out.
